<p>It&#8217;s Thanksgiving week. And boy is Danny thankful.</p>
<p>I asked Danny to keep a diet diary last week. This is to keep us accountable to what we put in our bodies and also to keep track of our progress. If you are writing down everything you put in your body, well, you tend to be very careful, since it&#8217;s now being recorded.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><em>Monday:</em><span><br />
Breakfast: Bowl of Cereal</span><span>Snack: 1/4 apple</span><span><br />
Lunch: Southwest Chicken Salad from Chick-fil-a<br />
Dinner: Turkey and Cheese sandwich w/ a couple Tostito chips</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><em>Tuesday:</em><span><br />
Breakfast: Bowl of Cereal</span><span><br />
Snack: None<br />
Lunch: Turkey and Cheese sandwich<br />
Dinner: Bowl of Beef Stew</span></p>
<p><em>Wednesday:</em><br />
I forgot to ask him.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><em>Thursday:</em><span><br />
Breakfast: Oatmeal (bowl)</span><span><br />
Lunch: Chick-fil-a Chicken Nuggets (6) (It was a harvest party at the kids school<br />
Dinner: Haven&#8217;t gotten there yet. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I will pick apart the diet later but he did awesome. AWESOME!</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The proof is in the pudding.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Weight last Saturday: <strong>271.5 pounds</strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Weight last Friday: <strong>264.5 pounds</strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">This is a celebration.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">We will continue to watch what we eat this week, being the dangerous Thanksgiving week. I want him to enjoy himself but not undo the progress of this week.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Wonder what his weight will be next week?</p>
